We are solely an online retailer and that give us the unique opportunity to offer our reduced pricing by not having the overhead of traditional bricks and mortar stores do.
Quality Control
All our items are cleaned, polished and then checked over by jewellers to make sure they are flawless and ready for resale. The more expensive items are independently valued by a gemmologist and registered valuer.
Some worry buying pre-loved jewellery there is no guarantee the item is of clear title. All our items are listed and checked through the police data base to make sure they are legit. We pride ourselves on our Title Guarantee, what this means to the client if any item has any title issues and the item needs to be returned to us there is a full immediate refund.
So at Lovely Jewels there is no risk unlike if you purchase from private resellers they normally will not offer this guarantee.
Consumer Guarantee
If the item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where you believe an item is faulty, the item will have to be assessed. If there is a major failure with the item, we will offer you a refund. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item.
Where an item is damaged through misuse or accident will not provide a refund but will try and work with you to repair the item.
